Marco's Pizza Operator Signs New 8-Store Development Agreement 

Michael Ghanem has signed a new eight-store development agreement with Marco’s Pizza to expand his presence in Northern Virginia markets. Ghanem and his team are analyzing potential sites across Leesburg, Sterling, Herndon, Reston, Arlington, Alexandria, and Mount Vernon for his new stores. He already has one store open in Sterling, and a second location in the Reston/Herndon area will open in Q1 2023.

All of Ghanem’s locations are set to open by the end of 2025.
