Multi-Unit Operator Opens New Chicken Salad Chick Location in Louisiana

Beau Nicolosi was vacationing in Destin, Florida three years ago when he discovered Chicken Salad Chick. Not only did he love the brand's food, he saw the potential for the brand in his home state of Louisiana. So he partnered with his father to bring the brand to Lafayette last year. His first location was a hit and now he is expanding by adding a location in Denham Springs, Louisiana, that's scheduled to open this week.

"Chicken Salad Chick's high-quality food piqued my interest from the start, but once I opened my first restaurant, I realized the concept is about more than food, it's about creating an experience," says Nicolosi. "Relationships are made, memories are formed and it's all surrounded by the home-cooked, southern feel that is Chicken Salad Chick. I am proud to bring this unique culinary experience to more guests throughout Louisiana."

A number of promotional opportunities will help generate business during the grand opening at the new location including "Free Chicken Salad for a Year," Chick Coolers, free drinks and Chick Coozies among other marketing strategies.

Chicken Salad Chick offers guests a "custom fit" chicken salad experience, with more than a dozen original flavors to choose from, gourmet soups, flavorful side salads, and freshly baked desserts. The brand has more than 70 locations across the Southeast, and another 146 franchises to be developed across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas.
