The Human Bean Raised $228,532.97 For Breast Cancer Causes During Their 12th Annual “Coffee For A Cure” Event
October 25, 2017 // Franchising.com // On Friday, October 20th, Human Bean locations in eleven states raised $228, 532.97 during their “Coffee for a Cure’ donation event. Proceeds from beverage and pastry sales were donated locally by each location to fund mammograms and follow-up care to women who are uninsured or under insured with breast cancer.
Locally, in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath Counties the Human Bean locations raised $63,384.67. Local proceeds were donated to: Providence Medford Medical and Asante Women’s Imaging in Medford and Grants Pass and Sky Lakes Medical Center.
Over the past 12 years The Human Bean has raised over $1,283,577.24 to help fight breast cancer.
