Proforma Hosts Annual Leadership Meeting

November 11, 2021 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, FL - Proforma, the $500 million Technology and Business Success leader, hosted its annual leadership meeting during the week of November 1st, 2021. This meeting featured Proforma’s key executives as they focused on the strategic vision, mission, and objectives of Proforma in the months and years ahead.

“Proforma is committed to industry leadership through distributor support and empowerment, technology, and ongoing education,” stated Vera Muzzillo, Proforma’s CEO. “We believe that our industry will continue to undergo consolidation, and technology leadership will be the most important factor in the years ahead. All relationships will benefit from efficiency and data analytics to drive sales success and profitability.”

Ten of Proforma’s leaders spent the week reviewing the top objectives in every department, and owner success was paramount in every decision that was made. “Proforma is passionate about the needs of its distributors, and no topic was off limits,” added Stan Maxwell, Chief Strategy Officer.

“It was an extremely productive and candid meeting, and we are fortunate to be a part of an organization with strong technology talent that can deliver on its objectives. It is the future of the industry,” said Greg Armstrong, Vice President of Sales. 

Proforma will review these initiatives with its Owners Advisory Committee in the upcoming months. Additionally, Proforma will also continue to solicit ideas from the more than 200 distributor members of its Million Dollar Club and its preferred suppliers who will gather at the annual incentive trip in Arizona in April of 2022.
