Dawn Lafreeda is CEO and President of Den-Tex Central. Her business has grown from her first franchised unit, purchased when she was just 23, to 72 units today. She started working as a Denny’s hostess when she was 16, and then took a job at a software company where she learned accounting, payroll, and the business skills needed to pursue her dream of self-employment. Dawn also serves as Treasurer of the Board of the Denny’s Franchisee Association and sits on the Development Brand Advisory Council for Denny’s, Inc.
